Rated 21st place in Italy and 39th place in the world by the "50Top Pizza" ranking, it also won the "Tre spicchi" of Gambero Rosso.

  • A pizza that deserves to be enjoyed! 400gradi is the only pizzeria in Puglia to have the recognition of the "Tre Spicchi" of Gambero Rosso and is in the "50 Top Pizza" guide (curated by the food and wine journalist Luciano Pignataro and the experts Barbara Guerra and Albert Sapere) which draws up the ranking of the 50 best pizzerias in the world.
  • The pizza chef is Andrea Godi, born in 1990, from Novoli (Lecce). In 2014, at the age of 24, he opened the first small pizzeria 400 Gradi. Today it boasts a larger one, with an outdoor garden and nearby parking.
  • The 400 Gradi pizza has a high crust, a traditional dough prepared with local flours and all the ingredients for the various flavors are selected and seasonal.
  • We enjoyed “Gricia Fusion” (Fior di latte mozzarella, bacon, caramelized onion chutney, pecorino fondue, black pepper and coffee powder) and the “400 gradi” pizza (potato croquettes, walnut cream, basil and bacon): delicious!

  • We recommend arriving at opening time so as not to find yourself in a long queue.
  • It is not possible to reserve a table, the order of arrival is respected.
  • The pizzeria is open every day from 7pm to 11.30pm. Pets Allowed!
