## About
​**Vettor - Contemporary Apulian Visionary restaurant and Art gallery**​

- The restaurant bases its idea of cuisine on the knowledge and encounter of southern Italian and Japanese cultures.
- Geographical connotations become blurred in order to let technique and inspiration speak for themselves, stemming from the global experience of creative minds in the kitchen.
- Chef-owner Nicola Ricci was born in Bari and took his first steps in professional kitchens alongside Japanese sushi masters who instilled in him the passion and rigour of Asian cuisine from the very beginning.
- Together with Michele Spinelli they run the restaurant with elegance and professionalism, and the contemporary art in the entrance area further enriches the experience!
- Among his gastronomic passions, experimentation with ingredients occupies a special place, which without losing their original imprint are transformed and enriched, always with great respect for traditional technique, interpreted and never distorted.
- Open every evening for dinner, on Saturdays for both lunch and dinner, and on Sundays for lunch only. Closed on Mondays.
