we recommend to have at least one evening at Mama Maria and son Silvestro’s place
there is no ‘real’ menu, one sits down and Silvestro starts bringing Mama Maria’s dishes that respects the tradition of Apulian cuisine and what the land offers at this very moment
everything freshly prepared, few seats, good local wine, the atmosphere of the past with the record player playing old Italian songs
everything is really delicious, I don’t know what to recommend in particular, let them be your guide
they are super nice
you should definitely book because they only have a few seats inside
in Summer you can have dinner in the quiet square in front of the restaurant
