Great food in a garden with centuries-old olive trees and charming interiors
L’Anticalama in Torre Spaccata, a small village that belongs to Fasano (except for the restaurant there is nothing special to see) is a wonderful agriturismo, located in an old oil mill.
Here you will find delicious, authentic cuisine, a little bit revisited: Apulian antipasti, exquisite first courses and good second courses. Both the interior and exterior are beautiful, in summer you need a reservation to find a place, Marino and Mirella are the owners, ask for them.
