## About
- Ignazio und Daniele, beide aus Fasano, sind Freunde, seit sie fünf Jahre alt sind
- Beide haben viele Jahre lang im Ausland gearbeitet, in Großbritannien und Australien
- Während der Covid-Periode waren sie gezwungen zurückzukehren und haben dann beschlossen, in Fasano zu bleiben und diese ganz besondere Pizzeria zu eröffnen.
- Sie befindet sich in der Altdtadt, nur wenige Minuten von der Palazzina Alchimia entfernt.
- Nur biologisches Mehl, hochwertige Zutaten und ein langsamer Hefeprozess, und das Ergebnis ist eine 5-Sterne-Pizza, etwas ganz Besonderes und sehr empfehlenswert!
- Es gibt ein paar Sitzplätze drinnen, in den Sommermonaten werden die Tische in den Gassen aufgestellt
- Eine Reservierung ist daher mehr als empfehlenswert!
